Feel more calm, present, and connected in your life & relationships.
EMDR, IFS, and nervous system-informed therapy for adults in Maryland who are ready for lasting change - not just symptom management.
IN-PERSON IN BEL AIR & ONLINE ACROSS MARYLAND
Maybe you’ve already tried to heal…
If that sounds familiar- YOU’RE NOT ALONE. Lasting healing often requires more than insight - it also involves helping your brain and nervous system process experiences in a different way.
You’ve talked about what happened.
You’ve learned coping skills.
You understood your patterns.
But part of you still feels stuck.
A deeper approach to healing
EMDR Therapy helps your brain and body process the experiences that are driving your reactions - so change isn’t something you UNDERSTAND, but something you FEEL.
This work focuses on helping you feel more regulated, more present, and more connected in your daily life.
Understand
We identify patterns, triggers, and what’s beneath them.
2. Process
Using EMDR, we help your nervous system process what’s been stuck.
3. Integrate
You begin to respond differently - more calm, more choice.

Not at all. You don't need to decide which therapy approach is best before reaching out. During our consultation and first few sessions, we'll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and what you've already tried. Together, we'll determine whether EMDR, IFS, or another approach is the best fit for your needs. My priority is creating a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you.

Many of my clients have had therapy before and gained valuable insight, but still find themselves repeating the same emotional patterns. Understanding why something happens is important, but lasting change often involves helping your brain and nervous system process experiences differently.
That's why I integrate EMDR and other nervous system-informed approaches that go beyond talking alone. My goal is to help you create meaningful change—not just understand your experiences intellectually.

Absolutely. You don't need to have a clear memory of every experience for therapy to be helpful. Many people know they feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck without fully understanding why. Therapy isn't about forcing memories—it's about helping you understand your current experiences, build a greater sense of safety, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Yes. I offer secure online therapy for adults throughout Maryland, as well as in-person sessions in Bel Air.
Many clients find virtual therapy to be just as effective as meeting in person. Whether you choose online or in-person sessions, you'll receive the same thoughtful, personalized care. Learn more here.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans. This allows me to provide care that is guided by your needs—not insurance requirements—without limitations on diagnosis, treatment approaches, or session length.
Many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits, and I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You can check if you have out-of-network benefits here. Check Benefits.

My fee is $165 for the initial intake session and $150 for ongoing 55-minute therapy sessions.
I believe therapy is an investment in your long-term well-being, and I strive to provide thoughtful, individualized care that is tailored to your goals. Payment is due at the time of service, and I can provide documentation for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

A Few Common Questions
Healing doesn’t happen because you try harder.
It happens when your brain and nervous system finally have the opportunity to process what they've been carrying.
If you're ready for therapy that goes deeper than insight alone, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
