  • Yes! In-person sessions are available at my office in Bel Air. I also offer online therapy sessions across Maryland.

  • I accept Cigna insurance plans and I’m an out-of-network provider for other plans. I provide superbills and have partnered with Thrizer to make the out-of-network process easy for you. During our intake process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be. Learn more

  • Online therapy sessions take place from the comfort and privacy of your own home using a secure video platform, or anywhere that is convenient for you using your mobile phone. I typically meet with clients weekly for 53-60 minutes. It's similar to a traditional therapy session but conducted virtually. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes and my rate is $150 per session.

  • Therapy length varies. Some see progress quickly, others need more time. Some approaches, like EMDR, can lead to faster results for certain issues. We'll discuss your needs and goals to create a personalized plan during our first session.

  • I strongly believe that everyone, no matter our differences, has the right to be treated with dignity, validation, and acceptance. I am an inclusive and culturally affirming therapist: including but not limited to BIPOC, LGBTQ+ , and neurodiverse populations. I work hard to be aware of my own inherent biases and don’t impose my values onto others. I encourage all my clients to openly discuss any cultural concerns.
